Invest in apartments you stay for vacation...

A separate company holds the ownership of the apartment. There are 52 shareholders, with each shareholder entitled to 1 week of ownership. As a shareholder, you will legally own a portion of the company and the corresponding apartment.

The apartment is owned by you, not us !!!

Your share grants you the right to either stay in the apartment or receive rental income for 1 week. There will be 4 types of shares available for each quarter. Every year, you can select the specific dates you wish to stay during that quarter.

We will handle everything

Alternatively, you can inform us that you won't be using your entitlement for the year, and we will rent it out on your behalf. We will handle all the necessary tasks on your behalf. This ownership is valid for a lifetime, and you can pass on your share as a legacy to your children. Contact us for further details.
